My teaching style
My teaching is dedicated to inspiring and building the confidence of all students, no matter what level of experience, by making Yoga accessible to them in a safe and nurturing setting. With an emphasis on deep relaxation, self-reflection and a sense of humour, I encourage students to gain deeper awareness of their mental and physical selves.
My classes vary in style from deeply restorative slow practice, to more dynamic vinyasa flow to get the blood pumping. All incorporate elements of pranayama (breath work), meditation, fluid transitions and self-care.
Classes are suitable for any level of ability, with hands on adjustments and modifications offered to deepen your individual practice.
